I cannot stress enough that ‘Alice in Zombieland’ is not a retelling of ‘Alice in Wonderland’! But nonetheless, I loved how the zombies were this kind of spirits, which you had to fight in spirit form, because it’s something I’ve never seen before and it worked great. In addition all the persons in this book felt so genuine and I wanted to be Alice because of her confident and strong personality, and also so I could get her lovely friends and family. (mere…)
In ‘Twenty Boy Summer’ Sarah Ockler creates magic through her beautiful writing. While reading, I became Anna and that really made me enjoy this book. Besides that, then this wasn’t just another predictable love story. I liked how I had no clue about what direction the story was going to take, and that made me eager to read the book. (mere…)
I really enjoyed reading Hannah Jayne’s ’Truly, Madly, Deadly’. I had a hard time putting the book down, once I started reading it. I needed to know, what had really happened the night Sawyer’s boyfriend was killed. But even though it was a really great book, I still missed being dragged through the entire range of emotions.
